Lots to celebrate
Lots of celebrations
Why do I do this celebration post every week? Well because it is a habit of resilience. We practice this as part of my 3P Productivity Mastermind and I thought you, dear reader may also benefit from the weekly reminder that even if life is going bad right now, there is something to celebrate. EVERY DAY. When you keep track of your small wins, like write them down, over time you begin to see how they add up. It's the small steps that will get you there.

This week has been a lot of spring cleaning to get ready for summer. Now I wish I would have taken before an after pictures of the back yard because the change was so much it almost feels like a new backyard.
The first thing I'm celebrating is that my backyard retreat is clean and the pool is open for the summer. There is going to be a lot of fun memories going on in this space over the next few months. I also find my creativity here when it is no where else to be found.

I got to stream LIVE with Joanna Tress at my side on Tuesday. You can watch that here. https://www.heidzalyncoaching.com/post/Very-Important-Episode
What made it even more special. 🥳 It was her birthday! So we got to go out for Taco Tuesday.
Joanna was one of my first clients. We have grown so much together over the years. I'm so excited that we are now collaborating together on the Believe Retreat.
Joanna has this child like energy, that when you are around her, you begin to feel like you might be able to just let go of the stress for a little bit and just have fun and be curious and explore. Maybe even just do something silly, just because. Why not? The Believe Retreat is looking for creative collaborators- Find out more here- https://www.heidzalyncoaching.com/believeretreat-event

Today I got to go to the Buzz TV studio and hang out with Tom McManus on his show The Horse's Mouth https://iwantabuzz.com/category/the-horses-mouth/
I drove around in circles to find the studio, there was construction, no place to park. Found a spot and it was a six minute walk to the studio but only because the GPS took me some crazy long way. Then I realized I wasn't really even sure where I left my car, but anyway, I made it and we had some fun. This interview will be coming out soon!
During the interview I found out that Tom, who is a former American football linebacker for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League also is a song writer. So I had to check it out once I got home.
Check out Tom's song about his Dad- Man What A Life
