Influential Women Feature
Featured on Influential Women: Meet Heidi Aderman, B.Sc.
I’m thrilled to share that I was recently featured on Influential Women, a global media and editorial platform dedicated to highlighting women who are shaping their industries, elevating leadership, and sharing their voice with the world.
Influential Women exists to empower, connect, and amplify the voices of women from all walks of life: entrepreneurs, executives, creators, founders, and professionals who lead with purpose. Through profiles, interviews, podcasts, blog features, and a growing magazine, the platform brings visibility to stories that inspire growth, leadership, resilience, and meaningful impact.
Being included on their site means joining a vibrant community of trailblazers who aren’t just making moves professionally, but boldly sharing their lessons, struggles, and insights so others can grow too. I’m excited to see who I might meet.
DUDE! They even made a video!
Just In Case You Didn’t Know About Me – Heidi Aderman, B.Sc. 💫
I’m a Musical Prosperity Guide and the founder of Heidzalyn Coaching based in Jacksonville, FL, and my mission is simple:
Help music industry professionals build sustainable, fulfilling careers without burning out.
Most creatives I work with are exceptionally talented and driven… but often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or spread too thin. The demands of artistry, creating, marketing, building community, and managing business, can be exhausting when there’s no clear framework or strategy behind it.
That’s where I step in. My approach blends emotional intelligence with real-world business strategy so artists can:
💫 Clarify their priorities
💫 Build consistent systems
💫 Align their work with what truly matters to them
💫 Move forward with clarity instead of force
I firmly believe that creativity should support life, not compete with it.
My background in management, coaching, Positive Intelligence©, and strategic mindset work allows me to help clients break free from burnout, make decisions with confidence, and pursue their craft in a way that feels joyful, sustainable, and rewarding.
What This Feature Means to Me
This feature in Influential Women matters to me because it reflects a shift I have worked toward for a long time. Moving away from burnout as a badge of honor and toward building creative careers that are actually enjoyable and livable. I am grateful to be noticed for it.
For years, I watched talented music professionals exhaust themselves trying to do everything at once. I lived that pattern too. I didn't think we could escape that trap. It turns out we are stronger as a team. Being recognized by Influential Women feels meaningful because it validates a different approach. One that values clarity, emotional intelligence, collaboration, and sustainable progress over constant pressure.
